Kathy Pomer is a co-founder of GatherRound LLC. This work is a culmination of 35 years in the field serving many roles from classroom educator to administrator, mentor teacher, program designer, consultant, and department director. Kathy's image of educators and learners of all sorts as competent and capable guides her work. She believes in early childhood education as the portal through which children, families and educators will build a society that aligns with what we value most. Kathy and her husband Jim live just south of Washington DC. Their grown children are thriving and happy and busy making the world a better place.
